Early Wildflowers at Chimney Rock
Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 10am – 2pm
Spring is just around the corner and this is one of the best places to celebrate its coming. The coastal bluffs along the outer reaches of the Pt Reyes Peninsula host a lovely display of early wildflowers. We'll take our time identifying the species that we find as we enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean. This walk is offered in partnership with Point Reyes National Seashore.
Remember to bring a lunch and binoculars if you have them. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend.
Adverse weather or Air Quality Index (AQI) that exceeds 150 on AirNow.gov may cancel events. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled
Registration is not required. For more information contact, Shannon Burke at SBurke@marincounty.org.
