Marin County Parks: Sky Trail

Sky Trail
Tuesday, September 27, 2022, 10am – 2pm

This is a lovely area, even on a foggy day with mist hanging in the branches of the douglas-firs that dominate the canopy here. We'll pass through part of the Woodward burn area and observe it's impact on the forest. Most of the trail is a gradual up and downhill, but there is one fairly steep uphill section. Distance: 4.9. Elevation change: 750'. This walk is offered in partnership with Point Reyes National Seashore.

Remember to bring a lunch and binoculars if you have them and lunch. No pets (except service animals) are allowed.

Air Quality Index (AQI) that exceeds 150 on AirNow.gov, or other extreme weather may cancel events. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled.
