Couscous with Vegetables and Cheese
1 box couscous (any flavor)
1 cup hard Feta cheese, cut into squares
2 cups cooked vegetables, cut into bit-size pieces (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, etc.)
Prepare couscous according to instructions on the package, then stir in cheese and vegetables.
Serves: 6
