Crab Dip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped fine
1/3 to 1/2 lb. fresh crab, shelled and cleaned
Combine cream cheese, 1 c. of the cheddar, and the green onions. Mix
well, then add the crab. Spread in an oven proof dish and top with
remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and it is nice and warm.
Serve immediately with choice of breads and crackers.
