Arugula Salad with French Feta & Figs

Arugula
5 oz. French feta, crumbled
1/2 pint figs, cut in wedges
1/2 pint orange cherry tomatoes
Freshly ground black pepper

Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
salt and pepper

Toss salad with dressing right before serving. Top with freshly ground black pepper.

Serves: 6
