Watermelon Cocktail

1.5 oz. St. George Terroir Gin
.75 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. watermelon juice
.25 oz. lime juice
10 drops Ricard Pastis
small pinch of sea salt

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake thoroughly.
3. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Cheers!

For 6:
9 oz gin
4.5 oz lillet
6 oz watermelon juice
1.5 oz lime
1 oz pastis
a little fizzy water if needed to cut it down
