Champagne Cocktail with Pear Brandy

a shot of poire Williams (clear pear brandy), used pear eau de vie from St. George Spirits in Alameda
champagne or sparkling wine (rose champagne pictured here)
garnish with a pear slice

Pour a shot of pear brandy in a champagne flute and fill with champagne. Garnish with a slice of pear.
